夏添恩(Tim Summers)是香港中文大學中國研究中心助理教授。夏添恩的主要研究領域是當代中國的國際關係和政治經濟學。其主要著述包括 China’s Hong Kong: the politics of a global city(2021)、 China’s Regions in an Era of Globalisation(2018)及Yunnan – A Chinese Bridgehead to Asia (2013),以及多篇關於“一帶一路”倡議、亞洲海洋政治及中英關係的文章。另外他為查塔姆研究所和倫敦國王學院的劉氏中國研究所撰寫了多篇政策研究報告。夏教授也是香港中文大學政務與政策科學學院的助理教授(禮任)及全球中國研究計畫成員。他同時是中國研究中心中國研究碩士課程主任。
